Job Description

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking ** Customer Success ** to join our Customer Care team in ** Lisbon **!

In this role, you will be in direct contact with our clients to answer all their questions and help them manage their Lovys profile. Positive, you like to support and solve problems. You thrive in a customer relationship and support role. Rigorous in monitoring processes, you are also comfortable with writing or by telephone ** in Spanish **.

Our ideal candidate likes to take on challenges with a hands-on approach. Empathetic and didactic, he/she knows how to put himself/herself in the client's shoes and understand his expectations easily. Enthusiastic about re-imagining insurance? ** Your responsibilities **:
• Respond to our customers on all communication channels (email, chat, phone, social networks)
• Achieve the objectives of quality of service and customer satisfaction
• Document the processes and improve the organization of Customer success on a daily basis
• Identify critical points and send back customer feedback

Preferred Experience

** We are looking for someone with **:
• Operational experience in customer relations or customer support
• Perfect command of Spanish is essential
• A perfect mastery of oral and written Spanish.
• Qualities of empathy & benevolence
• Strong appetite for execution, with an eye for detail
• Fluency in English is required
• Knowledge of insurance and / or experience in a startup is a plus.
